I recently completed Scafell Pike with your company on Sunday 6th March and thoroughly enjoyed the walk. The weather was great and our guide was really good, knew his stuff and let the group go at their own pace. Following on from this great experience I thought I would do Snowdon. I booked with one company who have just let me down by cancelling with no reason and another company I tried to book with said they aren�t doing any walks in April despite 3 being advertised on their website. This palaver has made me realise what an efficient company you run and how well organised everything was. From the website, to the booking form, to the instructions for the day, it was all so easy and that made my life so much easier (especially as I live in Norwich so was coming quite a way!)

I recommended that the 2 companies above took a leaf out of your book and learnt a thing or two from your customer service.
