Are there changing facilities at Stickle Ghyll?

    Yes, the public toilets on the National Trust car park have benches where we can get changed Sometimes these can be closed during the winter months or when the water supply is low in the summer, when this happens we will bring changing tents.

Are dogs allowed in the ghyll?

    As the ghyll scramble is on farmland the National Trust guidelines for Stickle Ghyll do not allow us to take dogs into the ghyll.

If I'm not taking part in the activity am I able to watch from the side?

    Yes, Stickle Ghyll is the best choice for anybody wanting to watch the action, there is a great public footpath alongside the ghyll and every section of the scramble can be watched from the side.
