Helvellyn & Striding Edge May 29th

Just returned from what has to be one of the best days ever. Despite the wind and rain it was a wonderful day and the sun did come out eventually. The views when it did were glorious, when I looked back over Striding Edge and knew I had done that, I was overjoyed and so proud! John the guide was helpful and knowlegable. He made you feel safe and confident. Can't praise the trip enough.

Three peaks challenge

Fantastic weekend doing the three peaks challenge! The group were brilliant, really lovelly people. I would definitely recommend it..well I would not have said that on the Sunday night but by Tuesday I was ready to do it all over again!
John was exellent as our guide and the whole group were brilliant fun and smiled through the awful weather we had all weekend. Claire our driver was amazing very motivational and just a lovelly person!

Pillar high level route

Just a quick line to say many thanks for a wonderful if wet and exhausting day. Paul was a great guide for us and even stood on the edge to protect us on the slippery rock on the Shamrock Traverse. We were so tired at the end he even let us off the climb up Yewbarrow.

great walk and guide

Never been on a guided walk before but can thoroughly recommend Paul who took 9 of us up Hellvelyn on 4th May. All ages and abilities,I was really impressed how he ensured we had a great day and enabled us all to achieve it.Help on tap just whenever you needed it- he was brilliant. Would definately book him again

Helvellyn via Striding Edge 4th May 2011

Just to pass on our sincere thanks to Paul who was a brilliant guide for the day when we did Helvellyn via Striding Edge last Wednesday. Conditions were suberb and the sun was shining couldn't have been better. Bonus of Catstycam on way down after Swirral Edge was worth the extra haul. My 12 year old led the way and loved it and was a personal achievement for me as I'm not too clever with heights. A stunning day. Thanks
