Day 1: Skiddaw
Climbing from High Side near Bassenthwaite Village we will follow the fine western ridge over Ullock Pike and High Side before climbing to the summit of Skiddaw, the fourth highest of the Lakeland Peaks. We will then descend south to Keswick, a fine descent with great views over Derwent Water, Borrowdale and of our objectives for the next two days walking.

Day 2: Helvellyn
From Glenridding on the shores of Ullswater we will climb the famous Striding Edge ridge, a sharp ridge on the eastern flank of Helvellyn giving stunning views over the Eastern Lake District, before continuing to the summit of Helvellyn, the third highest peak in the Lakes. We will then descend the Swirral Edge ridge and follow the old mining track back to Glenridding.

Day 3: Scafell & Scafell Pike
A great days walking, climbing the two highest peaks in England, we will start and finish at Wasdale, where we will climb good paths to the summit of Scafell before continuing over Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England. We will descend to Wasdale Head and a well deserved celebration of the past three days walking.
