"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as the sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."
John Muir

A great introduction to the art of Scrambling, the middle ground between fell walking and rock climbing. This course is aimed at those looking to begin scrambling in the mountains and will cover topics such as ropework and route selection over the course of the day.

"The mountains have rules. they are harsh rules, but they are there, and if you keep to them you are safe. A mountain is not like men. A mountain is sincere. The weapons to conquer it exist inside you, inside your soul."
Walter Bonatti
