The culminating peak on the north western spur of High Raise, Eagle Crag is a magnificent lttle peak with breathtaking views over the Borrowdale Valley.
The approach from the village of Stonethwaite is intricate and requires some knowledge of the fell as a route is picked winding around crags on the fellside.
