The westernmost peak of the Loweswater Fells, Burnbank Fell rises gently up over grassy slopes, some now forested, from Lamplugh and the West Cumbrian plain over Owsen Fell to the summit of Burnbank Fell before dropping more steeply to Holme Woods and Loweswater to the north east.
