    A good day today climbing Loughrigg from Ambleside, a damp morning but a brighter afternoon as we climbed by Lily Tarn and descended by the 'Loughrigg Terrace'.

    A very wild day today as we climbed Silver How from Grasmere, we had intended to continue to High Raise but due to the very heavy rain we instead descended over Dow Bank to the Loughrigg Terrace path.

  • Wansfell Pike from Ambleside

    A great short walk up Wansfell Pike from Ambleside, a quick ascent by Stock Ghyll Force before descending by Troutbeck and back to Ambleside by Jenkin Crag
  • Coledale Horseshoe from Braithwaite

    A cloudy day climbing the Coledale Horseshoe from Braithwaite today, we climbed Grisedale Pike and followed the ridge over Crag Hill as far as the wonderful summit of Causey Pike
  • Crinkles & Bowfell

    A great day climbing the Crinkles and Bowfell from the Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel, despite cloudy tops we had a great day on these magnificent mountains.
