    A great day today climbing Great End from the Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel in the Langdale Valley, taking in the summits of Esk Pike, The Allen Crags and Rossett Pike along the way.

    A wonderful day today climbing Wetherlam from Little Langdale before continuing over Swirl How, Grey Friar and Great Carrs, descending over Wet Side Edge back to Little Langdale.

    A good day today climbing Glaramara and Bessyboot from Stonethwaite, there was a little cloud on the tops from time to time today but a slight breeze had blown away much of the haze of the past few days.
