One of the great 24 hour challenges the Lyke Walke Walks should not be underestimated, it is a tough walk over rough ground at times with over 1500m of ascent along the way.

The Lyke Wake Walk is a long route, around 40 miles from west to east with over 1500m in ascent along the way and is often crossing some quite rough ground, although you are not crossing the highest summits this is a real challenge event!

From Osmotherley we will walk from west to east, crossing the moors to finish at Ravenscar on the North Sea coast, there are several road crossings along the route where there will be a support vehicle allowing anyone unable to continue to drop out of the challenge, and also to pick up and drop off food and drinks along the way.

What's Included:
Fully qualified guides for the duration of the event
Transport from Ravenscar back to start point
Support vehicle throughout the event manned by a fully qualified guide

What isn't included:
Food for your event (You should bring enough food to keep you going for 24 hours of walking, plenty of snacks and drinks, these can be stored in the support vehicle)
Accomodation
