Hi John, I really just had to write and let you know how much I thoroughly enjoyed the Snowdon Horseshoe walk last Saturday. The last time I attempted Crib Goch two years ago the weather was dreadful and we backed off, but last Saturday conditions were perfect. I particularly wanted you to pass on my thanks to Owen for leading this walk so well. Apart from him pointing the way I didn't find any of the scrambling difficult and enjoyed every minute. He is a thoroughly nice chap, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and get along with. I would really hope that I can walk / scramble with him again sometime (and your good self of course).
