Sergeant's Crag, the continuation of the Eagle Crag ridge, above Stonethwaite and the Langstrath Valley is an interesting approach to the High Raise plateau, once the obstacle of Eagle Crag has been ascended then the ridge continues over Sergeant's Crag before the long gentle grassy climb onto High Raise.
